Yeah his are much better,
I like the comic but...Those jail sprites..I dont remember them being in FR/LG and im sure I saw them in a RPG Maker game....Ahh well.
One thing..Episode 2 frame 3 he wouldent actually see the lights being off till he got to the doorway. Also you should use proper Pokémon text boxes and fonts (That might be a Pokémon font but it looks like Arial to me...)

The jail sprites were ripped from pokesho by me....He saw the end of the hall get darker so he assumed the lights were off. I like the text boxes I use because they're fast and easy to make. Oh yeah the font is Verdana 7. Is that a pokemon font?

They're short, and instead of doing things like saying "black haired guy" in the text bubbles, you could give them tails that point at who's talking.
