During the years of the war between Ho-Oh and Lugia, the old villagers tried to find the One who shall seal these beasts with their power of their Pokemons. It has been a failure for 100 years until a more convenient way to find the One was thought of. Thats why the tournament for the One is here in Johto.

I like it but too bad it wasn't a journey instead of a league would of been lot better because the league could be one of many things in a journey. I like the more show-theme roleplays where you don't have big big Pok?mon like Celebi or Mewtwo and blah blah anyway...
