Pokemon: Destiny of Revenge

Plot: Pokemon: It is 5 years after Groudon and Kyogre were put to rest after their battle at Sootopoolis, Archie and Maxie left after an and Shelly and whatshisface (magma admin, forgot his name,lol) have taken control of each team. Giovanni has died after he fell down the toilet and the Rockets have joined together with Magma and Aqua and are out for revenge against the three regions. Destiny of Revenge follows the lives of Woosie who is for Revenge and Rescue against Team Trio, after the Trio Leader went through Kanto on a Rayquaza destroying everything in sight. Controlling Rayquaza with the newly discovered Emerald Orb.

[AGELIMIT]This comic is a PG 13 due to blood, violence, love, occasional swearing and depressing moments (for some)[/AGELIMIT]

Didn't really make much sense, Rayquaza wouldn't just randomly attack a city (I did see the guy on his back), that wasn't much of an Intro, and intro would explain why Rayquaza was attacking.

Its ok, too early to rate though, you over did the spray paint tool though, dont worry alot of people do. i dont like the font. try verdana size 7.
