Pokemon Devamps

I call them devamps for the sake of communication, but for all purposes, they're scratch.

I've gotten rather obsessed with making them as of recent. Dialga was pretty hard. Oh, and all the stats are accurate, btw (given 100 EVs per stat, and the maximum IV of 15).

these are great, i wouldn't actually mind to see them in a blue or red version.
I do like your old ones too, but the new lugi is much better.
