    Hey guys. What are the best bug pokemon to catch in the game? I have a national dex and I can`t trade because WI-FI does not work. Thanks in advance. I have the elite four done.

    Uh, Scyther is a Platinum/Pearl exclusive.

    I would agree that a Heracross would be a good option for a attacker. Drapion is a good choice too if you would mind having something knowing a wealth of bug type moves without minding the lack of same type attack bonus. (STAB)

    If you get it with Technician teach it pursuit and bullet punch. It's beast, OU on the teir list
