Pokemon Diamond/Pearl types and moves...

    Ok, I don't know if this goes here...

    Well, here you post ideas (Types, moves advantages, new pokemon, etc.) on Pokemon Diamon/Pearl..
    I've been thinking a while and a good type would be....??? :\ umm...? !!!

    Type: Food

    Munchlax
    Devour- takes off 100 point.(only with spice)
    Spice- paralyzes foe
    hunger- increases every turn (x2) starts at 20 attack.
    Rest- regains health and falls to sleep for 2 turns

    I think that fire should be good against poison because if fire hits something poisonus the fire would make a huge expolsion
     
    I don't think that's what lex means.... Pokemaster Jonathan. I think he wants us to suggest new moves/types of Pokemon. Not the way current types interact with each other.

    To be honest... I don't think that Game Freak will put in any more types. I think that 17 is enough, and any more will make the game more complicated than it should be... As for moves, I don't want to think about the amount of moves that Nintendo probably will come up with XD
     
    Yeah, I agree. There are too many moves as it is, and with Diamond and Pearl coming out in the near future, there's bound to be way more than R/S/E/FR/LG had all together. Who knows how many moves will exist before Pokemon is finished.

    It would be cool if they came up with a move called super-nova.

    It would be 1st move: gather energy. 2nd move: blow up (360 base damage) and also faints the user.
     
    Hmmmm....how about Diamond Dust? It could be an exclusive move for a new Legendary Ice type or something.

    Name: Diamond Dust
    Type: Ice
    Power: 150
    Accuracy: 100
    Effect: Instantly KO's opponent (regardless of type or ability), but drops the user to 1 HP.
