Pokemon / Eggs Screen Question

    When you click on the Pokemon Ball located at the bottom of the screen to activate the UI (menu). Then click on the Pokemon (left option) icon. You'll see your list of Pokemon there.

    This list you can skim through, however, I've noticed that some have a blue shade behind them. What does that Blue Shade indicate?

    It's just an indication of how recently you caught that Pokémon.

    If you reorganize your list by most recent, you'll see they all have that blue glow.
     
    All of my Pokemon have a light blue shadow behind them, if that's what you mean, so I don't think that has any importance. But if you mean that some of them are noticeably more blue you might be seeing Pokemon that you've left at a gym which means that you can't use them to fight or train at other gyms.
