Pokemon Emerald cartirigde save file to pc?

    Hi.

    Is there anyway I can use my Pokemon Emerald save file on my cartirdge on my pc and edit it and save it to be used on my cartridge?
     
    I use on R4 flash card DS the NDS file called
    GBABackupToolenV01
    I put the cartridge in the slot 2 of the Nintendo DS and I launch the rom NDS form the flash card.
    I use the option for copyng the SAV file in the Micro SD.

    Ending pressing the button R of the DS change the modality for restore the file in the original cartirdge, howewer a file SAV downloaded from the web for the same rom.

    I'm sorry for my horrible english.
