I've been raising my Pokemon team for quite some time, and with difficulty defeated most of the Elite 4, only one small problem: I accidentally saved the game before facing Champion Steve! :O There's a slight problem, I either go down fighting with my lvl 61 Swampert with his freaking hard lvl 57 Gyrados with his 'Dragonbreath attack' or I lose half my money... What do you suggest I should do? Any strategies?

If you're wondering what's left on my team its:
    lvl 71 Rayquaza (full)
    lvl 61 Swampert (Full)
    lvl 60 Linoone (half)
    lvl 58 Aquamarril (half)

so is it possible to throw in the towel?

I'd say fight him. The Emerald Champion is really weak. If you have the TM for Thunder, give it to Rayquaza. That's what I did and beat him :P

I think you are referring to Wallace. Steven is the "champ" in RS.

To be honest, Rayquaza by itself should thoroughly destroy Wallace, so if you are having any trouble it is because your movesets are not that good. If you will post the movesets of your team I will help you formulate a strategy to easily defeat that wimp. Wallace is far and away the easiest "champ" in Poke-history.

Here is a list of the chump's Pokemon and how to beat them:

Wailord - Thunderbolt (Rayquaza should know this)
Tentacruel - Thunderbolt or Earthquake (Swampert definitely should know this)
Ludicolo - Aerial Ace (Rayquaza should know this)
    Milotic - Thunderbolt or Earthquake
Gyarados - Thunderbolt (this thing is 4x weak to Electric and will be a OHKO)
Whiscash - Aerial Ace (use Rayquaza since it is immune to Earthquake)

Basically two moves on Rayquaza wipes the floor with this pathetic team. If you don't have those moves, as I said before, post your moveset and we can get you there.

As he said, Rayquaza should wipe out most of Wallaces team.
Milotic is the most annoying in my opinion since it has pretty high SPDEF. A pokemon with ThunderPunch should take it out in 1 or 2 hits. (I'd use Earthquake myself since it's considered a physical attack)

I reckon Gary in R/B/Y is the easiest champ in history lol.

Gary at least had different types. Wallace is a complete pushover. Anyone who struggles against him must really reconsider their skill at playing this game.

Wallace is pretty easy to take out. Rayquaza 2-3HKOs almost all of his Pokemon with Outrage at level 72 (which you can get to by sweeping the rest of the Elite 4 with RayRay). Having Fly/Outrage/Thunderbolt/Filler (Rest works and give Rayquaza a Chesto in this case) pretty much guarantees a win.

Fixed your post. Aerial Ace >>>>>>> Fly, Dragon Claw >>>>>>> Outrage, and having Earthquake is just plain sick. Rest is unnecessary on a Lv70+ uber Pokemon, unless of course you are battling other 70+ uber Pokemon.

Aerial Ace, Thunderbolt, they all waste TMs.

Rayquaza's standard LV70 moves are easily enough.

I sure hope you were joking. Aerial Ace a waste on Rayquaza? Rayquaza has the highest base Atk (150) of any Flying-type in the game. The closest to it is Salamence at 135. There isn't any other Pokemon in the game that would take advantage of the move more than Rayquaza. Thunderbolt also isn't a waste since you can get an unlimited number of them, assuming you are able to accumulate cash easily.

I've beat the Elite Four easy in Pokemon Emerald especially the champion,
Beaten Elite four for 65 Times :3.

It's kinda hard to beat. But i always sucess beating Elite Fours and the Champion.

The Elite 4 including the Champion in Emerald is a piece of cake :3. The technique is raise your pokemon to high levels. That's it ^^.

You shouldn't really worry about wallace as he is not very strong. Your big bad dragon can easily defeat him with some support from other pokemon of yours (I think it was a bad move to catch ray before E4 as it becomes too easy to beat the E4, I personally catch him when my own pokemon are at level 70-80 and have defeated the elites many times).
