3rd Gen Pokemon Emerald Help Please!

Hi everyone! I'm new to the forums here, and I'm also new to Pokemon Emerald, and I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem I have been having. I can't find any way to see through, or remove, the fog found in some of the caves, and underwater, etc. Can anyone please help me? I'd be highly appreciative, and might even give you a cookie.

it cant be done. plain and simple, youll just have to get used to it. You cant take the fog out of the caves and underwater.

Really? because I was reading a guide, and it described the color and stuff of a room that was foggy so i thought maybe I missed something. Thank you though.

Are you using an emulator? If so just disable gfx special effects.
