3rd Gen pokemon emerald need help

hi. I have the japanese pokemon emerald.. and I cant read it. but my BIG problem is that I cant find the FLASH TM/HM... where is it?? plz help me. :(

I'm not sure, but if it follows r/s then it should be in dewford town inside the cave. The hiker should give you. But I don't know whether emerald follows r/s till there.

Yep. That's where you find HM05, Flash. They kept the HM Locations the same in Emerald from R/S.
