3rd Gen Pokemon Emerald, Should I start Over?

I was wondering If I should make a new game.. I mean.. I feel like playing pokemon, but I finished the game already, so theres not much to do. And I want to start playing again. But Emerald is the only game I have D:

Should I start Over ? If I do, can you give me some tips and hints ? And wich starter should I start with ?
