Pokemon Error You Spotted While Watching

    There is one episode where I'm not sure weather it was Machoke that said Machamp or Machamp that said Machoke but they got Machoke and Machamp mixed up. I also can't remember weather it was the Hoenn or Sinnoh league but it was one of those. Would like to know what episode that was and if you ever noticed an error whist watching one episode. I have seen lists of errors on Bulbapidia from lots of episodes and never noticed them.
     
    Too be honest, I have not caught any mistakes while watching the show. I read up on all of the mistakes, but they are usually so small that you won't even be able to tell, unless you know about them or trying to find them.

    One mistake I did see though was during the Hoenn Region where the Pokemon question for one of the episodes was, "What pokemon does Arbok evolve into?" Obviously Arbok doesn't evolve, but they said that it evolved into Seviper.

    Because of this mistake, for a small amount of time when I was young, I thought Arbok evolved into Seviper.

    I am also pretty sure, at one point, they said Slowbro evolves into Slowking, which isn't right, but many people think this.
