Pokemon Essentials Event No Graphic

Im creating a pokemon game using pokemon essentials and rpg maker xp, and the graphics for events dont show.

For example, I want to have an NPC standing or walking randomly, but when i play the game they are invisible. When i bump into them and talk to them, then they appear, but after that, they go invisible again. Fix?

Do you have the sprite set up on all the event pages or page? If you do then you should try to change the reaction to action button if you don't already have it set to that.
