Pokemon Eternal Legends needs a ow sprite editor , an asm hacker and a tile editor.

A Weird pokemon appears in your dream and tells you Eternity is something that everyone wants, but when you have it, everyone you love will pass away,
You will start to age and experience elderly medical problems, you will lead a lonely life.Your ideas will get outdated some day.

Eternity is not a blessing but a curse deadlier than death.

You think that it was just a dream until you watch an interview of a person named Mr.Connor who is the leader of a team recruited by government to find the Eternity Crystal. Then the pokemon reappears and requests you to save the eternity crystal from being stolen.​

I am currently in need of a tile editor who can implement hgss tileset in fire red
I tried to find a patch for fire red which implements hgss tiles in it.
I found some patches but they are either incomplete or they lack indoor tiles.

I wanted an ow sprite editor to make sprites for some pokemon
The required sprites are-

1. Giratina (normal, no need to make origin form)
2. Shaymin land and sky form
3. Lycanroc(midday form and midnight form)
4. victini
5. manaphy
6. phionne
7. carbink
8. diance
9. diance mega

I need a good asm hacker and a scripter who can make some things,they are-

1. EV/IV viewer
2. IV perfecter (Item)
3. and some things that i will find difficult to do...

I have made all scripts and I have a rough sketch of the maps and indoors along with boss battles but can't find a good rom base with all things 721 pokemon as well as hgss / bw graphic in order to make things easier.
So I chose Leon's and UltimaSoul's rom base -https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=409672
but it doesn't have some features like hgss graphics and iv/ev viewer. So I decided to seek help from some experienced hackers here.

You can use the CFRU and DPE, they cover 90% of the things you need and update all the mechanics to Gen 8. But I don't think there is a ROM Base with all BW/HGSS so what you really need is someone who can insert all those graphics for you. And you can literally search on Google for any overworld sprites you need like here...
