Hey its me again!I was wondering,if you have a certain pokemon that evolves ONE time and you reach the level where you can start to evolve it. Would you immediately evolve it or wait it till it reaches Level 100 and then evolve it?I was always wondering this...(I personally wait till level 100). Also, which one do you notice has better overall stats? Thanks!!!

If its a Pokemon I don't see a use for in battle, I'll evolve it right away for PokeDex purposes. As for the stats, the evolved form is obviously going to have more stats than its unevolved form.

    yes i 100% agree
    evolve it straught away
    for pokedex and stats
an evolved pokemon will earn more stats in its most evolved form
eg. get an alakazam at level 6 and it will be most powerful
although it might not learn some of the moves it did

Evolve it as soon as it can.

Yes it would be powerful but where would you find a Kadabra at that low of a level?

hm... I wonder- if you made an unevolved Pokemon go to Lv100 without evolving, is there ever a chance for it to evolve? or is it stuck in the unevolved stage? (I mean by level, not by stone or trading)

I wouldn't wait till Lv. 100 but I don't evolve them right away.

I wait till they learn the moves I want, THEN let them evolve...<<shrug>>

The only Pokemon I delay evolving are stone ones, just because unevolved forms tends tend to learn better/more moves. But nearly all level-up Pokemon are evolved immediately, even if it means waiting 10 more levels to learn an attack.

It all depends on the Pok?mon. Some (Caterpie) don't learn moves if they're unevolved. SO! I make Caterpie evlove fast. Others (like Nidorino) learn good moves while unevolved, thus I'd keep Nidorino until Lvl. 43 when it learns its best move (I forgot what it was). Then evolve it. It's pointless to keep a Pok?mon unevolved until Lvl. 100. It's just there....without a purpose =/
