Stealing layouts is bad. It is a free layout, but at least give credit...

That's a must when using a free layout....I keep mine on at all times, to make sure I don't get in trouble =/

I would suggest:
-CuteNews/Fusion News--Both FREE!
-Get rid of the "I can't find affy thing"--put a link to "Affiliate with us"
-Make a main site section--Every site needs one
-Center the quick links on top
-Make the banner taller--Just a bit too short for my liking BUT ITS AWESOME!
-Make plain words on the navbars a different color...maybe blue.
-Get rid of the extra boxes on the left side--Makes it look unprofessional

Now, I know that was a lot of stuff, but you're site is really great ^_~ I'm just giving you stuff to chew on. I wish someone had done that when I started my site =/

Anyway I just kept saying when Pokejungle said about the banner and from i first saw it "It's a fine layout! It's a great layout!" XD did you do the colours?

But yea get rid of the extra catergory boxes :P
 
it looks alot like serebii. actual layout wize. just diff banner and thers no white on serebii
 
I dont steel off other sites I got that templat from The-Apcc
 
Serebii's colors are dark green and grey

And he isn't accusing you of stealing. He's saying you look like that site but you odnt

It looks good. bit 2 dark 4 me i think you misspelled colluseum.<that's how Uspell it
