Pokemon Fanart site help!!

    I really like the fanart from nijiiro.jellybean.jp, but I am having trouble getting on the actual site to view them (all the ones I've seen are on photobucket). I realize there are security issues, but I find it really unfair that others can view it and not me (tho its probably not just me)... Can anyone help me out here?

    nijiiro.jellybean.jp is a pokemon fanart site. I really like the style but cant get on the actual site...
     
    Does it say something like ''403 error forbidden''?Maybe its the URL.I can't find out why it won't come up, because it's Japanese.Maybe I'll PM a friend and he'll tell me.


    EDIT:I didn't want to Double post so I'm going to answer now.

    My friend, Acha, said that 'It means the website you typed in was prohibted.
    It asks to check your applicator to see if it's working.
    and if you need to asks questions, click the link.    '
