Pokemon Fire Red with "soft level cap"

    Hey there, I am new to rom hacking and I was just wondering if anyone has a standard fire red rom with radical reds leveling system?

    They call it a soft level cap but it just sets a level cap you can't gain experience past until fighting each gym which then the level cap increases.
    (Sorry english is not my first language)
