Pokemon Fire-Red XP

I only accepted Swiftsign's post because it actually gave me some encouragement in continuing, instead of constant views that my hack will be crap. I was actually rather happy to be starting this hack, since I was going to be able to do a hack, even if it wasn't the one I had been planning for. But now.. well, to be honest, you win, it's boring, I won't do it. Better if I just leave it. Instead, I will post up what was my original idea, maybe that will be better recieved.

They're not being mean, they're just telling the truth without hurting you, and they aren't being mean, mean is saying "This hack sucks" or "Get a life" or "stop hacking", but they never said any of those, they were being nice, and they were giving you constructive critisism, if you're going to change the hack just because you "think" we're being mean and rude, you really don't need to hack. Thats just it. Swift said everything everyone else said, but with "good luck" at the end, so do what you want and not what others want you to do, that's the base of hacking, it will evolve into a satisfactory idea, maybe it will even get a story later, but we're just trying to help you, so don't be mean to us just because we're tryingto help you with constructive critisism, because that is the base of all hacks.
 
I agree with machomuu, he's right though. You need to elaborate more on this, then, only then, will it become a good hack. Who knows, you could be big for this! This could be the best hack/remake ever.

People are getting tired of the same stories so they're saying they want something original. Why don't you change around some maps if you weren't planning to already? MAke it different! Remember, what they said was trying to help you. EVEN Ray Maverick, shocker right? Don't give up on this, it wouldn't be fair to you at all. It will tell you that you gave up on something because other people weren't offering nice comments or whatever. I support you completely I just want you to focus on more than the criticism, like the constructive part!!!! Okay, that's all I have to say! Peace! :P

Thanks. However, I've stuck to my decision, instead I am going to return to my original hack idea and attempt to get good enough at scripts for them to actually work. Not to worry though, the ideas I had for this one are definately going to be incorporated into the hack, as are more.

The name of it is "Pokémon: Duality" and I believe it is on the second page of the Scrapbox now.
