    These are icons (ICO) for your computer! There are Ninetales HTML file icons (for the Firefox browser),Moltres icons, Zapdos mail icons (For Thunderbird mail app or whatever), Wingull mail icons and a few others.

    Icons. You use them to replace whatever boring default icons your computer uses for those files. Firefox is a browser. It's better than Internet Explorer because it doesn't suffer from all those spywares, hijacks, viruses etc. which can take over your IE browser. link https://www.getfirefox.com
     
    I prefer Opera, it's faster.

    But anyway, those are pretty good, to say the least.
