SH60 I've now listed in the introduction post which features are disabled.
Mercilec yes, all Pokemon have had their Base Stats, Abilities, Movepool, and in some cases abilities Changed. The stats, types, and movepool generally stay the same, but the abilities can vary depending on the Game (In Leaf Green Balanced, Bulbasaur can either have Chlorophyll or Overgrow as its ability. In FireRed balanced it can only have Heatproof as its ability).
