Story:

You start the game the same as all of the other games. The new evil team will be Team Frostbite and they want to encase the world in ice so that only the ice type pokemon can live by harnessing the power of Rugido, Ryzard, and Ralopade. You will have to battle them, but you will also need to beat them to the legendaries, because if they get them there is no way to stop them. Once you have stoped them from getting the pokemon they will leave the region, but not for long as they will develop a new plan involving the other legendary in the game. That is all that I have thought of so far because I don't know what the other legendary will be. That story is still not set in stone yet.

oh and btw,
you can look at wah for a rom-base of pokemon blizzard and start with it.

The only things changed in blizzard is that the ground is white instead of green. and litteroot town is snowing.
