Pokemon game (MEBOY) catch 251 Pokemons/ HELP!

    Hi
    I was looking for Pokemon game (Meboy) where I can catch all 251 Pokemons but I don't know which MEBOY game to choose :( I'am playing now Pokemon Crystal on my mobile phone but I can't get some Pokemons there, so I am looking for game where I can get them all.
    Is there any Pokemon Meboy hack game which is based on Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal where I can catch all 251 Pokemons from I and II Generation without new added Pokemons from newer Generations?
