    This is a thread for those who want to show off both pokemon remixes that were inserted in the rom or other music like from zelda for example that were inserted also in a pokemon rom. Sorry I dont know how to make remixes so go ahead and please post your own.
     
    Haha, never thought anyone would ask. Here's a quick one I did a month ago or two. It's not even complete, but nontheless, here it is, attached. Used a midi I found online, spruced it up a bit, and added a sample of "Funky Mule" for the drums.

    Expect some better mixes from me some time in the near future.

    EDIT: Oh, by the way, this was never inserted into a ROM. I'm planning to make some mixes for my very-slowly-progressing hack which I'll insert, but this was just for fun.

    Okay I plan to. Also you can just add me as a friend and PM them to me when they are finished. Can I give you my thoughts on which songs you should remix?
     
    You should remix the Arceus music and Palkia music.
     
    The Arceus music? I have to say, I like the Arceus music too much to really want to touch it. It's minimalism is epic. On the other hand, the fact that there's not much in it means that there's plenty of room to add things in. I'm imagining some drum'n'bass stuff on it right now. Perhaps, perhaps.
     
    Like make the Arceus one more soft and "prissy" if you can imagine.
     
    Hmm, I was thinking about making it more upbeat. Who knows? I might not be able to figure anything out for it, even.

    Since you seemed so keen, I've busied myself making another mix. Here it is! (attached) This is a remix of my favorite battle music, the elite 4 mix from R/S/E. I've re-arranged it on an array of analogue synthesizers (Well, simulated ones) to give it an old-skool electro feel (i.e. Kraftwerk). This is a bit of a rough cut, I kind of made up the ending as I went along, and I think it may have skipped a couple of times, my 5-year-old computer's not really up to the pressure, see.
     
    I really liked it. It sounds kind of.... pretty, in a pokemon kind of way and you can still tell what song it is.
     
    Can anyone make a Zelda Twilight Princess Game Hyrule Field Theme mix to a Firered Rom because I have always wanted to know how it sounds on a pokemon firered rom.

    I have always wanted to remix a song but I don't have the software to do so...
    I love your stuff 'The Hyena' they sound so new and have a good beat.
