6th Gen Pokemon Get☆ Footage Speculation

The recent Pokemon Get☆ TV footage here recapped a lot of information we already knew, such as secret bases and Pikachu contest outfits, along with showcasing some of the soundtrack. Something which really drew my attention was, when showing off Mega Metagross's speed, it outsped Sceptile. As of XY, turn order is determined before mega evolution activates. They were both lv 100 in this clip, meaning that unless if both their natures and EVs were rigged, the Sceptile should have still outsped.

So what do you all think? Could the rules governing mega evolution have changed? Or could Pokemon Get☆ TV had just tinkered with the stats, such that they could skip straight-away to showing off Mega Metagross?
