So this is going to sound dumb, but I seemed to have missed the deadline to opt out of the forced arbitration in the t&c. My question is on a scale of 1 to 10, how concerned should I be? (1 being "don't worry about it" and 10 being "delete everything and start over")
EDIT: For those of you who aren't aware, there is a forced arbitration clause in the terms and conditions of the Pokemon GO app that essentially waivers your right to sue Niantic in a court of law with jury in the event of something happening, such as a data breach, and you alone would have to mount a case against them yourself, there are a few articles regarding the subject floating around. However, you can opt out of the clause if email Niantic within 30 days of downloading the app.
Unfortunately, due to other things that needed my attention, I have missed the window to opt out of the clause. So my question is should I be concerned about something happening to my data or should I just delete the whole thing and start over?
