Pokemon Gold Hack: Pokemon Purity

Hi all i have an idea for a hack but im not a good hacker and i dont even know how to change the title screen in gold!
any help will be accepted and i dont know how to put a image of wat i want the title screen to look like so i can't put it in here.
Mapper:Me (any help accepted)
Scripter:Nobody
Sprite:Me (any help accepted)
Title Screen Maker:Nobody (needed badly)
i will post screen shots when i find out how.

goldenbagon i am currently learning how to use tile layer pro and i have found a few things but still not the title screen on it :(
i have however done more maps but i dont know how to show you on a post do you know how i can put them on?

You could use GoldMap for map+event editing and you can find some GSC tools in toolbox by searching. But if you can't edit hex yourself you should quit this plan.
Anyway if you want to do a hack like I have (my crystal redesign and world hacks in hacks showcase) I could give you tools for pokemon crystal hack.
(I haven't edited scripts in my hack)
