When reading a nice book after playing Gold (U), it got me thinking that the HEX numbers in Gold (U) have Cyrillic in them, which is a few languages in there.
Now if I can just change them properly (maybe do a little editing as well to the maps) I can actually translate Pokemon Gold (U) to Pokemon Gold (RUS), meaning I can translate into Russian. Do you think it's a good idea? Yes, there are several languages to translate into.

That's an excellent idea since they probably in my knowledge haven't been able to play the game due to the language barriers.

Yes, there are language barriers unless you use the English ROMS. I didn't start yet, so it's in the scrapbox. Also, yes, the HEXADECIMALS are actually in Russian, which is only in GSC, so that's why I decided to translate the hack. If anyone wants to help, they can.
