4th Gen Pokemon Heart Gold, a game I bought off of ebay for $72.39.

I bought this for a rip-off price, but it was worth it! I'm really confused. I forgot to get the part that the team rocket member dropped, and misty is back at her gym. now the gym is full of trainers. What do I do?

I think he's saying that he never got the Machine Part but Misty's gym is full.
