Background Story: A Kecleon that was affected by the radiation from a nuclear bomb. It gave him Purple spikes fire breath, 4 arms, the ability to breath on land and underwater, and extreeme intelegence (Which is how he learned to speek human tounge and how to battle.)
Pokemon TYPE interests: Dragon, Fire, Water, any pokemon with rediculusly high attack. Doesn't care for other stats.
