Pokemon heroes theory?

So on the pokemon heroes movie, at the end, Bianca gets the soul dew. Understandable, right? However when she receives it, you see latios temporarily in the place of where latias was standing when the vision is sent to her.

Latias standing still as the soul dew is being received.

Perhaps it's a easter egg of some sort to let Latios be able to personally hand over the soul dew to his loved one (human-wise) just like his father? Not sure here, very confused and would love everyones opinion!

That isn't Latios, it's Latias with a blue tint from the Soul Dew. You can tell by the eyes. Latios' eyes have a different look.

epicassassin beat me to it- that's not Latios in that picture, though the coloring in the scene could easily throw you off if you weren't paying close attention. Your reasoning behind it being Latios kind of makes sense here, so I'll give you that.

And while this is a theory, since this deals exclusively with the anime, I'm thinking this would fit better over in the Pokemon Anime board.

Ahh that makes so much sense. Too back though, it would have been cool, kinda like latios getting to personally hand over the dew just like his father.
