When I downloaded it my antivirus scanned it and deleted the file. Also Google chrome warned me about the file as well. Is it safe?

I just learned the hard way it wasn't safe. I ended up spending the last 3 hours trying(and finally getting rid of) a virus called "GoPcPro". Whatever you do guys DON'T DOWNLOAD THAT!

You can use XSE (extreme script editor) to edit text.

Im confused are you making a gen 4 hack, because then a-map and xse will not work.

Origionally I was gonna make a 4th gen hack but for some odd reason my computer won't support some of the needed software to run it. So I'm hacking 3rd gen instead as it is much more hack-able and I can run the tools on my computer. On a side note I decided to change to pokemon ruby hacking instead of leaf green hacking for several reasons. I've come across a few issues. How do I change what TM/HM moves a pokemon can learn in ruby? Also how do I change the pokedex foot print and the pocket sprite for pokemon? Thanks! P.S. Gen III suite won't open ruby properly for me so I'm guessing that tool isn't intended for pokemon ruby. Thanks! : D
