I can't come up with a name idea. Anyway, I have two variant plots:

Basically, you begin your journey three years in the future of Fr/Lg/R/S/E, as the female or male GSC hero (yes, it's yet another Johto redo). From then on, the plot is shaped by the variant.

    Coordinator
In one game, you go to the Johto contests and attempt to enter the Goldenrod Grand Festival. The rival would be a new character, or maybe Drew/Shuu.

After reaching the Festival, you win the Master Rank Contests. After that, a secret door opens and the bosses appear. My current idea involves three Stars. I'd like one of them to be Daisy Oak, mainly because of the hints from FR/LG. The third Star would be absent, and your rival acts as a substitute.

In a similar manner to Red, you find the third Star in Mt. Silver or in the Sevii Islands (which are accessible by ship). Don't know who this would be..

    Trainer
In another game, you face the Johto gym leaders and the future Indigo Elite Four. This doesn't really need much explanation, but all of Kanto might be a little much. Again, the future Sevii Islands would be simpler and fresher.

On occasion in both games, the opposite-gender hero shows up and talks about how they are doing in the plot of the other game. As far as evil teams go, I had this idea about the Aquas and the Magmas, but I dislike using teams from other regions. It's set inthe same timeframe, so it will probably be the Rockets.

Feedback or improvements would be appreciated.

sounds good. I like the Idea of the stars. Any new pokemon or trainers, types?
