Your new screenshots do show considerable improvement. Your tiles are quite unique, and for the most part are quite effective. There's a small tiling error on the cave entrance, and some tiles (notably the long grass and the bushes) seem a bit too 'saturated' to fit in with the other tiles you're using. Apart from that, its certainly looking better.

Let me re-iterate my confusion: what exactly are Team Rocket's motives here? I understand they want to capture a Legendary Pokemon to... what, take over the world? Well, seems appropriate I guess, but there's certainly easier ways of doing it. If they're going to capture Celebi and use it to travel through time, then why don't they just travel back to the beginning of civilization and build it to their liking? In fact, if you're give Team Rocket the ability to travel through time, aren't you effectively making them invincible? If the hero is about to thwart their plans, can't just just turn back the clock and hour or two and ambush him before he can do so? Time travel opens up a lot of plot holes. I suppose you could impose limits, like they can only harness of much of Celebi's energy of some stuff like that, but its still a bit silly.

Oh, you should definitely list any planned features you've got in mind, as this is after all the planning forum. It doesn't matter if you've actually implemented them yet.

Edit: Hold on, I just re-read your plot and I'm even further confused. They're travelling back in time so they can obtain the DNA/Fossil/Fragment of a Pokemon which died only slightly further back in time, but instead of just travelling back to when it was alive, they go through the effort of obtaining its DNA and genetically recreating it? Why on earth would they not just catch it when it was alive? This makes absolutely no sense.

I originally was thinking of the whole "team rocket rebuilding the world how they see fit" but I thought it was a bit much and would be hard to put entire new civilizations in the game if they were to succeed.

Their motives are to create that Pokemon, to control the already established world with the Pokemon's power. Nobody would be able to stand up to them.

The Pokemon was too evasive and powerful to capture when it was alive, but if Team Rocket can birth a clone of one, they can slightly modify it's DNA so they can control it. I won't reveal what the Pokemon is, but it is probably easy to guess.

And I will certainly impose a limit on Celebi's powers here.

Personally, I love it. Maybe it'll go a little darker, but meh.
And I know there are a few little white pixels, I'll get those right now.

The new grass certainly looks much better, but you still need to be careful mixing and matching tiles from different artists, especially when those artists have a distinct style. I'd suggest just sticking to Kyledove, or just sticking to Alistair, if you want your maps to look a little neater.

Your team rocket sounds like their usual plot with mewtwo but its still an improvement. I think u should use the after grass just make it a tad darker...
