Story: Having escaped from the chaos in the Sinnoh Region, you and your father settle down in Hyouka Town in the icy and chilly Kutain Region. Being unable to go out due to the harsh blizzard and your father's concern you sneak out anyways.

Going over to your neighboring houses' you speak with the locals; realizing you've been out too long, you being to head back to your own home, but a cry for help is heard. Running to the beginning of Route 601 you see Professor Kure whose being attacked by a wild Starly. Telling you to open his briefcase you're then able to choose from the three Pokemon;

Stelud - Grass/Steel - Screne Grace or Cute Charm
Phost - Fire/Ghost - Levitate or Pressure
Reaphish - Water/Poison - Poison Point or Intimidate

Fending off the wild Starly, your father comes to retrive you thanks to a neighbor's advice and before your father can scold you, Professor Kure explains the events to your father and instead he comes to your house; you then recieve the Pokemon you used to battle the Starly and you also recieve your PokeDex.

Professor Kure thanks both you and your father and then he walks out, while your father remains silent. He gives you five Pokeballs and then he sends you off, back to Professor Kure's lab in Dyuoka Town. He then introduces you to his son/daughter, depending on your gender and then he/she introduces herself and declares him/herself your rival.

Professor Kure then explains the PokeDex in more detail and then he mentions something about an odd organization that captures and hoards Pokemon and then conducts terrible experiments on them..

After all of his speaking is down your newly-dubbed rival will wish you the best of luck and then you're free to go!

jayhiva_l, your maps have quite a few tile errors, and never use wild pkmn grass in towns/cities.

Eeveon is right; there are few errors on that map Yung, as for Sycther X, I'm just in the beginning, why do you think I need a team? lol xP

All right, so far I've gotten the World Map done;

OK that is way to empty and spaced out. I mean at least put some kind of explanation up why there so long.

The maps aren't all that good :S They have tile errors (and alot)
I like the basic concept in this hack. It seems you're going to use a rombase, but I could help you insert some tiles or script abit. Anyways, I wish you the best of luck!
