Pokemon in PBR...

Hi, let me get this story started right away.
I made an account on PBR, it asked if I had diamond or pearl, and I said yes, blah blah blah.
After making my account, I played it, etc. and then my bro wanted to have an account. So I let him, so long as he only used the rental passes, and not my DS game. So it asked him if he had D/P, and he said no, but as being the type not caring for anything but the battle, he skipped past everything, and I just caught something about "Getting pokemon (catching) in-game". WTF? Can anyone answer me please?

Nope. You can download a surfing Pikachu at the end though. [Electivire and Magmortar too depending on which region you are in]
