Pokemon Intro

    how do you ensure that an intro always comes first when you start the game? I am using pokemon essential in rpg maker xp and i made an intro, but when i start the game it just send me to my bed immediately (where i should come after the intro..) what do I need to do?
     
    what do ya mean by intro? if you mean the oak thing, create a new event, select autorun, and do the intro as you please.
     
    Make sure the starting position is set to the map where your intro is, and that it's a parallel process, or autorun, event.
