Let's see

Breloom - pretty much standard fare here, although I'm not completely sure about having Sky Uppercut when you have Focus Punch as well. Weezing/Skarmory screws you over here anyway (like pretty much every Breloom set).

Starmie - keep Rapid Spin, but you can always lose Recover, or just have standard boltbeam by losing Surf. Considering the lack of Weezing counters on your team, maybe even Psychic might be an option.

Skarmory - Whirlwind is only for countering Mr Mime, Electrode or Exploud, and neither one of them comes up very often, so it's not completey necessary to have. HP Steel works over Rest, or you could always use HP Flying and Steel Wing together and hope for even higher Defence.

Swampert - standard Cursepert. To be a bit different, have Ice Beam over Surf, or you could throw a second physical attack in as well (Rock Slide, perhaps?). Physical tanks cause problems here again.

Cradily - Mirror Coat is your friend when using Cradily. I love to throw this guy in front of Jolteon and watch him squirm. Substitute kind of ruins Cradily though, as well as the usual Toxic counters.

Raikou - I like HP Ice over HP Grass for anti-Dragon purposes. Apart from that, it's yet another standard.

Overall, fairly unoriginal team, but can withstand a lot. Weezing takes care of half of your team easily though, so be prepared.
