Well, we have Fakemon kind of. We have soeone making Fakemon for us, but like mentioned earlier, we have these sprites that we found, and wish to know who made them, so we can insert them with permission.
 
Those sprite belong to aocom.

I haven't looked at the fakemon yet..
[But I will look at them in due time]
I'm gonna keep my eye on this.

Also, I reckon you should use Pikachu's platinum sprite..

I've got this project going where I'm indexing all the Pokemon Platinum sprites.

They took ages to insert, and even then, they aren't like they were meant to, but that was because of pallettes. Anyway, thanks.

Me and Goodies. are discussing which pokemon will be in or not.
 
Yeah they sort of messed up the pallettes of other things xD.
Anyways if things go well you could see a provisional Jikhio region Pokédex!
