lol, try and sprite it again but you can still gimme the descriptions :P
 
Right slow in progress, basically because i've been out and about, and i got work tomorrow so not too much to update, i've started the switching system heres a preview of what its going to looks like, basically this is only the beginning not the final product !

And as for my switching system it would go fine if my picture of the pokemon name would move :P, i moved it up loads and it stayed in the same place when i tested it :S

i dunno what the problem is with it :S but i'm not giving up untill i get it too work so really no updates yet.....

I like the stories premise being a kidnap as its different but with such a premise it wouldn't make exactly alot of sense for him to stop the search for his father to go and get badges and what not. Now if you made it necessary for him to get badges to go further as he needs a ticket to go to each island then it make a bit more sense.

As for the sprites, there a lil rough but as your making them from scratch there decent.
 
right now i've had a long break from coding the CBS (i got the switching pic for the names to move :P such a simple thing it was tht took me awhile to do :P) in tht break i've been playin games like CSS and u know stuff like tht, and i managed to map up to the fifth city (which is on the second island, p.s i havent done all the caves just main 1s)
i got some pics of them 1 in game on of the fifth city, which if you want to know is the most advanced city in the region (doesn't mean its the biggest !)

Toowaa city, by far the smallest city that you will come across, yet it holds your first gym, and a pokecenter and mart !

Ratar-kar, the two mountains that are apart are of said to be one, a long time ago, but legend has it the flying beast (as locals call it) destroyed them partly, which seperated them...

Zaba Town, This town was built over a forest, it is a isolated town which is very beautiful and calm, locals say that they were once blessed by a creature (pokemon) which was huge and green...

Jazina City, By far the most advanced city, they have come up with buildings and methods to help there towns folks, ranging from the huge houses, marts, pokecenters, old folks home, and even there huge building that is been told to be a information center that has seemed to grown !

Old folks home, they fought and lived before us, they made the world how it is today, so why shouldn't we help them now?

I'll start re coding the cbs soon so more updates later

P.s: Darkdragon you done them sprites ? no rush :P
 
no, I haven't. I've been busy with school. I'll try and do them tonight hopefully :P
 
i resprited cubrass again 3rd times a charm i hope :P

and i sprited 2 new pokemon, a grass 1, and a fire/dragon 1

Hehe, looking pretty good. Need a lot of names. :P
How about... Elekey for the electric monkey. (Electric + Money (obviously))
And...Swinlight. (Swing + Lighting)
