    Hi my name is Luke and I have this idea for a pokémon game. Have any of you seen Journey to the center of the earth? Well I was watching it the other night and I thought hey wouldn't that make a perfect pokémon game. Well I've got how it starts of …

    You are 16 just set out as a pokémon researcher working for professor Oak of course and he has sent you on an errand to look around Mt Erupt as there have been some recent paranormal happening going on in that area which maybe related to creatures called pokémon. When you arrive at Mt Erupt you discover a claw encased in molten rock just resting in the crater. You go pick it up and feel the world start to shake pigeys flying out of nearby trees sandshrews leaping out from the ground and you suddenly realize something bad is about to happen. The crater falls through and you fall blackness everywhere you cannot see a thing it must go down miles you think when suddenly you come to halt in a pool of water. You look up too see how far you fell and all you can see is blue? What is happening here you think but still thankful you're alive. When a flickering begins near your ear. You look around and notice it's a blue bird hovering around.

    That's the start of it as you can see it's just like the movie just more pokémon like

    Features:

    New pokémon to go with animals seen in Journey to the center of the earth
    New maps, towns and regions
    No trainers
    Puzzles to work out
    Cool events
    New types
    New things like shiny pokémon

    And if you know a feature that should be there feel free to tell me J

    It seems like a pretty good idea. You should probably work on grammar. Say the sentence out loud and when you have to stop, that is where you add the comma.

    "Then, I was like, you are so dumb". Say that out loud and you will notice that you stop where each comma is. Needs more periods also. And capitalization.

    Anyway, keep up the good work. I look forward to playing this in the near future.
     
    Yes i will try it was just a quick draft, but thanks i need some how get this started maybe get people joining and stuff!
     
    Have you read the actual book, and not just seen the recent movie? It's a cool movie, but if you're going to make a game based on it, you might as well read Jules Verne's original and experience firsthand Professor Lidenbrock's journey. You might miss out on some cool stuff otherwise. =P It's a gread concept, though! I suppose it won't be a feature-length Pokemon game, as the goals are starkly different from the standard "catch-pkmn-get-badges-defeat-x-team." All the better. =D Just do your research.

    I do have... err, several projects I'm working for already. ^^; So I'm sorry, but I won't be able to help you besides giving tips.

    But seriously, stop by the local library and check out Journey to the Centre of the Earth next time you get the chance. Even if you don't end up making the game, read the book. It's a good book. :3
     
    It's a very good book. The author, Jules Verne, was very good at predicting the future. For example, he predicted the submarine, scuba diving, and man landing on the moon. He'd be ashamed that although he accurately predicted the speed, launch location, destination, and crew number (among other things) of the mission to the moon, he called the ship the "Columbiad" instead of the "Columbia". I guess you can't win them all.

    Not currently thats something i have to work on, and you havent seen the film :O lol the problem is i am a graphics side of things :/ i need help or someone to use rmp maker, I have rpg maker xp but i dont know how to use it some1 help :D

    Sounds REALLY good actually, though I have no clue what Journey To the Earth is about, so I wouldnt know... I heard its 3D or something??
     
    Erm well its about a world in the center of our earth :D
     
    In parts im goin to reaserch a bit more and like people have sed it will be easy to get stuff from the book too :D so im goin to make it interesting as poss and i need support from every1 so i doont waste time :)
