3rd Gen Pokemon Leaf Green Help me with training!

    I am playing Pokemon Leaf Green and I arrived at the final Gym, but my Pokemons are only at level 40 and I don't know where can I train them. Please tell me a good place for training my Pokemons!
     
    I would train in some of the later water routes, beat all the trainers there, maybe do some training in the Pokemon Mansion or something.
