Pokemon league tournament

Im starting a pokemon league tournament there are 8 gyms and i need leaders for them and 2 gym trainers for each one and whoever beats all 8 gyms is enterd in the league whoever enters has to beat all eight gyms before chrismas if u dont u cant enter the league until next year plz post if u want to be a gym leader

Do I have to pick a certain type like in the game, and do I have to have a certain difficulty , eg. each gym is progressivly harder?

gymleaders have to have all the same type same with gym trainers whoever lets u be there gym is the type u have to use when in the competition u can use any type and gymleaders and gymtrainers can enter the competition without anything 6 gym slot left
