I don't know if this is the place to ask such a thing but the legendaries are:

First Generation
The Legendary Birds (Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres)
The Mews (Mewtwo, Mew)

Second Generation
The Legendary Beasts (Raikou, Entei, Suicune)
The Protectors (Lugia, Ho-Oh, Celebi)

Third Generation
The Regis (Regirock, Regice, Registeel)
The Latis (Latias, Latios)
The Trinity (Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza)
The Celestials (Jirachi, Deoxys)

As for if there is more than 1, well as there legendaries they are one of a kind in whatever game they appear in but in the Anime there have been multiple Lugia and of course in the movie with Deoxys there were two and theoretically since Mewtwo is a product of genetic engineering though there was just one of it its possible more could be made.

No they aren't. There are no Legendary Pokemon that evolve.

Ya Dratini and its evolutions are not legendary and I answered the question already lol.

You can add Rukario also......I think.

I didn't add Rukario as it has yet to be confirmed as a legendary I believe.

Well Rukario seems like a normal Pokemon to me-it was owned by a Trainer in the Movie.
