[PBS Question] Pokemon levels for trainers

    Im trying to give a trainer a level 10 Tyrogue, but in game it keeps shwoing up as a level 4
     
    I've tried 2 different ways, first i edited in the PBS files and then i when that didnt work went to the debugger and set it like that
