Hello all and welcome to my first hack:

Characters:
I'm looking for people to volunteer to be a charater or trainer in my game.
If you would like to be a trainer, please list your pokemon team on this thread. If you would like to be a character in the storyline, PM me and I'll give you open spots (2 major spots open now and many minor parts open)
Features:
A whole new, original storyline
New region Kichai Region
Some new evolutions of Pokemon
Team Intoxication (Similar to Team Rocket etc.)
8 Tests of Strength (Intoxication Gyms)
Stronger gyms
New Ranks (For Intoxication) For ex.:grunt-officer-admin-captain-general-boss

LEGEND!!!!!:
(made at beginning of Kichai)
Once there was light

A pokemon went to rest that night

A disturbance awoke it in the night

Something was wrong

The little Mew went to look over what had happened

It didn't see anything

A greedy man then went to confront Mew

Mew awoke once again

The man spoke words no man should ever speak

Mew was frightened

Mew realized that this was the man that awoke it earlier that evening

Mew called for its fellow light legendaries

Celebi, Latios, Latias, and Jirachi

No answer though

They were captured as well

And then he cast Mew into a warp

Mew was helpless

The man laughed

Mew was then trapped in a vortex no one could find

Then there was darkness

Storyline:

You live in a small, quaint town during a time that is rough. There is team called Team Intoxication (One of those teams that try to take over the world) only this time they succeeded. They overthrew the government in the Kichai region and became the new rulers. They sent grunts to gyms to make sure no gym leader would defy them. No gym leader did, they were too frightened at the mass number of Intoxication members.

Truthfully, at heart, they are rebels just as you and all your town. You've never been outside your town, yet you always heard about the trouble that Intoxication was causing. You decide it's time for you to step in and try to take down Intoxication as your father did. You go to Proffesor Rori's Lab and pick a Pokemon (As you do in every game). You get to pick from three starters: Abra, Machop, and Larvitar.

Once you pick you go outside and see your friends. Your first friend wants to become champion as well as take Intoxication down. Your 2nd friend has a life long dream of catching Mew. Your third friend wants to become the greatest Dragon Tamer in the land to follow in his grandfather's footsteps. You all decide it's your turn to take a chance at Team Intoxication. The only problem is, they are stronger than you so you decide while you're fighting Intoxication you're also gathering gym badges.

Intoxication has done too much damage to the Kichai region. They took over a once, wealthy, fair society and turned it in to chaos. They ambush people forcing them to give them their pokemon and taking them captive if they do not. They're a force to be reckoned with. There have been deaths of people and pokemon because of them. One so close to your heart; your own father was killed by them! Why should you stand there and do nothing while more people suffer for their greedy wants?

They want more strength, though and they'll do anything to get it. That includes making one of their most crucial mistakes, not one that affects them, but could affect the whole world, capturing and controlling Mewtwo. Now the Kichai region is darker than ever, no other legendaries will help you except the ones known as the "Light Legendaries". Now it's up to you and your companions to find the Light Legendaries and fight the evil Intoxication brought. Can you handle it?

Intoxication has been ruler of Kichai for 18 years.
Takes place 100's of years after fire red and leaf green

As of now, Larvitar in my game will be a dark, rock type instead of rock, ground.

I'm assuming that he wants to help you because his thread wasn't noticed to much. The story could use a little work but I won't go into detail unless you want me to. The team name is nice and unique but are they going to use poison only?

No, actually Intoxication is supposed to represent like contagious in a way because Intoxication kind of means like spreading poison around if you know what I mean.

Please, do tell me what I should do to make the storyline better :)

The balance of the starters is not good - abra and machop evolves with trade,but larvitar evolves at very high level. :\

It is very good,and i would like Player to have as friend mew(not using him in battles) and talk to him with telepathy.

Oh, ok I'll fix the story. The lati twins are Latios and Latias just so you know. I might be able to do something about the starters making them evolve at different levels! I don't like spoilers but

For the record, though, WillBill, if you make a prevolution as well as an evolution for Absol, then it can be your other starter instead of Larvitar.

Yeah, dude, I didn't say cuz i forgot that I'm gonna switch larvitar's type from ground to dark!!

The grunts are certainly not stronger than the gym leaders I said there were too many Intoxication members for them to handle, they're too frightened. I can't tell you why you meet Mew that's giving away a big part of the story.

Well, I could but I never really thought of, or wanted to make a pre evolution of Absol. I've always had an evolution in mind.

Sure, when I send the first beta out on my laptop, all I can do right now is wait for it to get fixed.

Also, Ray, is there a tool where you can change the types?
