No it's the Kichai legend, not the whole generally speaking Pokeon world.
That's a misconception, legends are designated to the whole universe, not by regions. A region doesn't have a designated legend, each legend is where it is for a reason, except for events.

EDIT: Wait, by "Kichai Legend" are you talking about the thing in the first post or the noun form of legendary?

Okay, let me take a shot at this, because I believe I understand it.

The legend does not mean a legendary Pokémon; it means an actual legend, about the legendaries, which he put in the first post. And that legend - the story about the legendaries - is one which is only told in this region. Probably passed down for generations.

And when he says light, I'm pretty sure he means it not in the physical sense of light and darkness, but instead meaning the same concept as good and evil, or right and wrong. He means, I think, that these are the Pokémon that fight for justice and for the good of humans and Pokémon alike.

:D But I could be wrong.

Yes but every region knows about the legends. This goes back hundreds of years because this is hundreds after 3rd gen. I'm not going to explain this NEW legend to you. How the light legends were founded has nothing to do with my hack. Only I might have some kind of historian who explains it but I need some time. Don't jump to conclusions yet.

I understand the good and evil thing, but Mew isn't a good guy, nor is it bad, it is an entity of mystery no one knows about, Jirachi can be light in both a physical/literal and metaphoric sense.

And the legend thing...yeah, I thought he meant legendary pokemon.

Well, the legend did start in the Kichai region but it was a true thing with the legendaries.

Btw machomuu - Mew is good. Did you SEE the first movie?

The anime has nothing to do with the real pokemon universe, Ash is not real, neither is Gary or Shinji.

Well, based on what I think, Mew is good, and I'm pretty sure that's what it is. That's enough talk about that. Mew is good. End of discussion.

Not true, Kanto was completely oblivious to the legends of Groudon, Kyogre, Jirachi, Latios, Latias, Deoxys, and Rayquaza even though the events of RSE happened at the same time of those of RBG.

Well, I'm not talking about the Hoenn region, am I?

A couple of things. If we do not know if Mew is good or evil, we have to go on what we believe. Also, what is the real Pokémon universe? This is his game, and in it Mew stands as a good entity against Mewtwo. I have a few things twisted in SotW also. It does happen. We can't tell what the reality would be, because all we have to go on is the opinions of different people.

Also, with this game being so far into the future, it is entirely possible that by now, all known regions know about the legends.

...Yay, philosophical discussions on a hack thread!

Okay, last thing (maybe):
Takes place 100's of years after fire red and leaf green
That means it takes place in the same universe, same demension, same reality, different time, if he had made it some other universe, then I never would have brought it up.

Lol :P You are just a philosophical person!
Anyway Will - Kaylee said the words out of my mouth kind of. It makes sense but thank you for your concern about this. Thanks for scripting for me!

Well, as time goes on, my theory is that it splits into many threads (pardon the use of the word thread...) and so, the different actions of people create differnt realities. Therefore, it is quite possible that this reality is one of the threads that split off from the time of FireRed/LeafGreen. That means that the events of that time also happened in this one, but other realities could also exist in which things are much different.

Also, I am closing the Toxeon poll. (I get to vote don't I?)
The results are:
Choice 1: 2
Choice 2: 0
Choice 3: 1
Choice 4: 1

Choice 1 is our Toxeon!

So in other words, it's all Satoshi Taijiri's fault.

Is anything ever really any one person's fault? Things occur for many reasons. When building a story, it helps to see things as if they were reality. So, if every person's choices effect other people, then if I chose never to say this, then things would have turned out even slightly differently. There is a branching point for every decision we make, creating separate realities. In theory, anyway.

That doesn't mean that theory is true, but then, none of us know what is true. All we have to rely on is the perceptions of our imperfect minds. Therefore, what we believe is our truth, and so this game, and other hacks, and other stories, are all possible truths.

...Gosh, I hope somebody doesn't think this is way off topic... >.<
