Pokemon - Lullaby of Legends [Recruiting]

Story:
Imagine you are stranded on an unknown island with people you have never met before, not rembering anything but your name. Together, you begin a new life, start to explore the island and all of that with one goal: Leaving. But soon you'll notice that this is the perfect place for all of you to make your dreams come true. You get to know more and more about the island and its legends. Are you ready to start a new life with an yet unknown direction?
Introduction:
Welcome to Pokemon - Lullaby of Legends! It's a fangame made with Pokemon Essentials and RMXP I'm currently working on together with some friends. We want to change the typical Pokemon Style to something fresher. There'll be a new way of exploring the region, more like Pokemon Mystery Dungeon and Monster Hunter and characters based on real people to give them more depth than normal NPCs. Since the project has just begun, most of the things are planned, not included. Screenshots and a Progress List will be available as soon as there are more things to mention.
The Region:

Welcome to the Island! (It's only a working title)
It has many different locations for you to explore. Volcano, Jungle and Fields are only 3 of over 30 dungeons. Because of this mix of biomes, there are masses of different Pokemon for you to find, maybe even some new forms you have never seen before.
Planned Features:

The story will be seperated into story-arcs. (Almost) every story arc will be based on a legendary pokemon. Therefore the story writers should have some knowledge about the myths and should be able to create their own, since not every legendary pokemon has such a huge canon background story. Another requirement for them is to be able to understand how the characters act (there are many sheets with questions the real people have to answer for their ingame character).

This seems very interesting, and I can offer my help if you need it. I can do art, spriting, writing, and some mapping as well. Though I admittedly would like to see some more about the project before committing. :)
