Looking good so far! I particularly like the way you used texture on the character's spear-like weapon - it looks really good. :)

I'm not sure if it might look a little cluttered, as there are lots of effects going on in the background and those white swirls are a little distracting. However, they may be linked to the story so I'm not sure! :)
